Gage and Associates is fully licensed by the State of Illinois to provide DUI Risk Education, Early Intervention and Secondary Prevention Service and Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment. As a court-approved provider for the Illinois Circuit Court of DeKalb County, we’re committed to helping you meet the requirements necessary for court compliance.
Please note: To participate in our online DUI Risk Education and/or Early Intervention and Secondary Prevention Services, you must be a resident of Illinois.
DUI Risk Education & Early Intervention and Secondary Prevention Services
We offer both online and in-person DUI Risk Education classes. Our DUI Early Intervention and Secondary Prevention
Services are also available online for your convenience.
- DUI Risk Education (10 hours): Designed for individuals assessed as minimal to significant risk during their DUI evaluation.
- Early Intervention and Secondary Prevention Services (12 hours): For individuals classified as moderate risk in their DUI evaluation.
