Completing DUI Treatment for Compliance and License Reinstatement

Successfully completing your DUI treatment program is a critical step toward gaining full compliance with the court and restoring your driving privileges through the Illinois Secretary of State. During formal or informal hearings, Hearing Officers will request documentation from your treatment episode to determine your eligibility for a Restricted Driving Permit or full license reinstatement.
