Simple Enrollment Process

Getting started is easy—just provide a copy of your Evaluation Uniform Report or Court Order that indicates your classification level, and we'll help you begin your classes (Education, Intervention, Treatment). To stay in compliance with the court and to have the opportunity to regain your revoked driving privileges, you must complete all required courses and report your progress and completion to your court monitor, judge, or probation officer.

Risk Classifications and Required Services:

Minimal Risk

10 hours of Risk Education
Available online as a live web session or in-person at our location


This program is designed to educate individuals on the dangers of drinking and driving and the consequences of arrest. Led by trained professionals, the sessions cover the legal, physical, and emotional consequences of driving under the influence. Additionally, clients will create a personal action plan to prevent future arrests or substance-related issues.

Moderate Risk

10 hours of Risk Education

12 hours of Early Intervention and Secondary Prevention.

Significant Risk

10 hours of Risk Education

20 hours of ASAM Level 1.5 Outpatient Counseling


6 sessions of Aftercare (2-hour sessions, once per month)

High Risk

75 hours of Level 1.5 Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Counseling
